The basic principle of the cooling pad in an environmental control system is to convert hot air into cold air for poultry. The higher the temperature, the lower the relative humidity and the better the cooling effect, as evaporation is more likely to occur. The corrugated surface of the cellulose paper has a thin film of water, and when the outdoor hot air is sucked into the cooling pad with cooling water, the moisture on the water film absorbs the heat. The cooling water then changes from a liquid state to a gaseous state of water molecules, absorbing a large amount of heat energy from the air, which causes the indoor temperature to drop. The air quickly peaked. After mixing with indoor hot air, it is discharged outdoors by a negative pressure fan. The cooling pads are made of specially formulated cellulose paper and impregnated with insoluble preservative salts. Even in hot weather, you can provide your chickens with a comfortable climate. The cooling pad can be mounted on a wall or outside a tunnel/non-enclosure structure.
